2026 Highlights: James C. Johnson also operated a solo CPA practice while attending law school. He graduated with honors from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific, earning his Juris Doctor degree. He is a member of the California Bar Association and the Tulare County Bar Association. He has served as a director and member of the Visalia Jaycees, as well as Director and past President of the Tulare-Kings Counties Estate Planning Council. He is a member of the Supervisory Committee of Tucoemas Federal Credit Union, serves on the Board of Directors of the Kaweah Health Hospice Foundation, and is a former member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants."
