HIGHLANDS RECREATION CENTER REVIEWS

Grew up going to this park, they are always maintaining it, and currently they are completely redoing the playground, they also run a nice after school k-5th aftercare, I am unaware of the prices though, oh and they also run a nice summer camp too, with fun field trips, and host birthday parties with pavilion rentals.

I love the recent remodeling here for the playgrounds. Great place to bring your family and hang out, they even have an official basketball court. Plenty of open space to kickball or play soccer even. Full playground with slides and swings. They have pavilions that you can rent out and have events parties.

Nice, well maintained park with lots of grassy areas as well as a covered playground area. A couple pavilions with picnic tables also.

This center is a jewel for the community. It supports both the young and the old. For seniors, E. Pat the center is a place to go and have daily week day fun and a hot meal. It is also set up to ensure that seniors are provided with skills and knowledge, such as medicare,Medicaid, insurance and health care. At the center seniors has a needed support team/system of other seniors. In the evening it provide after school care for children who parents are still at work. The center give the community a variety of positive things.

I have been going to the Pompano Beach winter concert series almost every week. Great entertainment for the price. This week I had my daughter and a friend with me and they really enjoyed the show. Worth looking into it if you are a music lover.

I had a great experience there at Pat Larking community center. The presenters were well verse in their materials and their explanations to each scenarios and also the list of documents needed were also done well. I learn alot of things that i didn't know before; how they look at your credit info and if you have previously owned a home its impossible to get a house with Habitat. I appreciate the fact that even after you have gone through all da processes, they will still check up on ur finances in other for u to continue making good decisions toward ur finance and hence ur future. thank you.

HERB SKOLNICK CENTER REVIEWS

Lovely facilities w multiple rooms for gatherings. I would like to see an electronics upgrade. The movie was difficult to hear from the back. I think the larger of the meeting rooms (not the movie room) needs electronics (speakers, screen & wireless microphones) so we can bring meetings of condo boards and others into the 21st century.

What a great place for information, events and activities, everyone that works here is a 10 out of 10. Ron is so helpful with this community center. He went over and above for one of my clients. Thanks again.

Very nice place offering many activities. I attended a line dance class, and it was lots of fun. They also offer rental space for events at very good prices. People working there are very helpful and pleasant.
