I wanted to add a master bathroom and expand the laundry room in my house for some time. I also wanted a sitting area in the back. I was lucky to have found Schachne Architects and Builders. Like other customers have commented they help me from design to completion of construction. Schachne provided me with project updates that included pictures thru out the entire process and which I could follow the progress. Their communications with me was wonderful. They also are so punctual in their timeline. The project group Stan, Donna, Nicole, and Jeremy were absolute amazing. They were so attentive and so professional. I do have to say Donna is an amazing interior designer my bathroom turned out beautiful. If you are looking for a company I highly recommend Schachne Architects and Builders, because you won’t be disappointed.

Stan and his team were beyond amazing! Living in Florida, I heard horror stories about the remodeling process which left me super nervous about it. Schachne firm made the whole process seamless. Everything was organized, explained clearly, we had no major hiccups and the whole process took about 8-9 months to complete. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Donna was incredible at guiding me, never forceful with her opinion and very professional. The project managers were always on site and were the best at answering all of my silly questions and took care of any issues swiftly and efficiently. We had to move into our house towards the end of construction and everyone made sure the house was always safe for my kids to reside in. Things were always clean and neatly stowed away. I’m already planning my next project and I will only go with Schachne. They are the best.

Extremely pleased with our selection of Schachne Architect & Builders to handle the "down to the studs" renovation of our house in LBTS. Both the design and build phases went smoothly, as did permitting and interfacing with the Town. It was a pleasure to work with the entire team, including Stan (overall project), Dain (drawings/plans), Donna (interior finishes), as well as Jeremy (Project Mgr.) and Nicole (Asst. Proj. Mgr.). At least one team member was always available to answer questions at any time. Updates and communications (including project timeline, milestones and progress photos) were timely and unambiguous. Also, the value of this company having its own team of subcontractors is exponential. Very happy with the end result.
