Patricia and the entire Compass Team are amazing! We moved from Texas in July and Patricia showed us several rental houses. Since moving in, we'd had our eye on the market to purchase a new home & found one that we really liked. We reached back out to Patricia, and she not only negotiated the contract for the new house but also negotiated our lease termination for our current rental. We couldn't be more impressed with this Team. Closing went smoothly and now we're officially Floridians.
