Elijah was so helpful. When my PC wouldn't turn on cause of an RGB wiring issue he not only figured it out but ensured the fans and the cables would be in the proper position and not cause any damage. I was clued in on every step of the way and felt secure in the entire process.

Steve solved an issue I've made 3 unsuccessful visits to best buys geek squad trying to solve over a phone call consultation. 10/10 service. He's got a lifelong customer in me.

Steve did a great job with my laptop. It had a bad hard drive and he replaced it for a new one with no problem.

WheelHouse IT has been a pleasure to deal with as our new IT service provider. I highly recommend them. They've gone above and beyond assisting us with a very challenging migration from our old exchange server to 365. They guided us through each step of the process including the necessary and appropriate hardware and cable upgrades creating a more secure and manageable network. Every representative from the engineers, the onsite technicians and the support desk have been truly professional and responsive to our needs.

WheelHouse IT is an incredible company to work with as a partner. What has really stuck out to me is their commitment to being true partners vs. a vendor. They take the time to understand your business and your vision and then align technology around that vision. Their customer support staff is friendly and helpful. Rather than having a poor experiencing interacting with customer support, they are caring and quick to find solutions. I highly recommend WheelHouse IT.

A computer problem developed at an inopportune time. (don't the all ). I met with Amy and she was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We went over everything with Dakota and they took care of the issue quicky, at a fair price. I highly recommend Coastal Computer Systems and will using them, as required, for all things 'computer'.

I was working remotely and experienced laptop issues, Coastal Computer Systems was able to diagnose and solve the issue with minimal downtime. They were great to work with and saved the day! I highly recommend!!.

Bringing my computer to Coastal Computer Systems was a quick and positive experience. Mrs. Weiss was very knowledgeable and was able to fix both my broken laptop and my grandmother’s laptop that she was locked out of.
