David Pool Architecture pllc

David Pool is an excellent architect! He took our 1970's closed off home and with expert knowledge on how to work with the structural engineer and builder he created an open floor plan mid-century masterpiece! David is easy to communicate with, and he has great design ideas. Working with him gave us confidence in our remodel that everything would turn out as planned. We would recommend David Pool Architecture to anyone!

David is a class-act. I love his architecture process. He came to meet with us several times, learned about us, what we want in our house, what we picture it looking like during different holidays, etc. He really formed an understanding of what we were looking for before the designing even started. There was a meeting where we used post-it notes to designate rooms on different floors, then we shuffled them around to learn more about our priorities. It was fun and very organized. His architecture is beautiful, exact, and very thoughtful. He is professional and personable, has an eye to detail, and is an all-around great guy. Our project is still in the works, but I have seen his finished products and I KNOW we made the best decision selecting David Pool Architecture.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Dave and he made our dream of designing and completing our extra addition come true. Dave has creative ideas and does his best to make your dreams a reality. I would recommend his services.
