We were very, very happy with the service we received from Jeanette Shields at Keyrenter. She was so helpful in securing a home for our niece. Jeanette listened to our needs, made appropriate suggestions, she replied to emails and phone calls in a timely manor. Jeanette made us feel like we were in good hands, we knew she cared about what we were looking for in a rental property.

My husband and I have had only good experiences when interacting with the leasing manager Kristin Robinson and overall staff. Kristin is informative, professional, and is always quick with her replies. The team we have interacted with as well has always been kind. We thank the Keyrenters team and are happy with how they've conducted buisness.

I was a tenant with Keyrenter for over a year and they were a pleasure to rent from. They were always on top of maintenance and were very helpful when the owner decided to sell the property during my move out transition. Pure has been managing my property in Kent, WA for almost a year now.
