In my case I bought a new construction home, and even after the contract was signed, over the 8 month building process, he continued to help me with numerous logistical details such as the fact that he made several trips to the home to take progress photos and taking measurements of rooms since I wasn't yet local to the area, helping to make my out of state move a seamless process.
