Wow! Great deal on the everything! Neydi did a wonderful job of explaining everything to me. She even pointed out things I didn't realize that needed to be fixed! She was so professional. Their company offered more services than I realized. I was so amazed at how affordable they were with all of the services I requested! And, they offered packages, which none of the other 3 companies offered. I can't wait to see my new roof!

David was amazing highly recommended requesting his service. Was straight forward and seemed to care a lot more than over workers would. Went out of his way to talk to the AC manufacture to see about my warranty on the part. Fixed my Freon leak and filled the compressor as fast and professionally possible. Safe to say he has a lifetime customer with me and would be recommending to all my neighbors, friends and family.

Grandmark replaced my entire roof and gutters in about 2-3 weeks and that was with rainy/spontaneous weather in between. I needed to get my roof replaced ASAP because my insurance was going to cancel within 2 months from contacting them (Shoutout to Antonio for prioritizing my roof). I chose Grandmark for many reasons including their quick follow up (hours vs days/weeks difference), informative consultation & estimate, with videos and pictures of why. Great financing options. 10 year workmanship warranty. Everyone was great. Anything that came up could be communicated and resolved. They cleaned everything up and I love my new roof.
