Phoenix went above and beyond fighting our insurance to get us our roof replaced, they really documented the damage well and went to bat for us when they tried to deny us. The workers wer super professional, on time, very fast, and they left my yard cleaner than it was before they came. We are extremely pleased with everything they’ve done for us… and the new roof is gorgeous.

We had a terrible hail storm in March of this year. The Phoenix roof professionals quickly responded (within a day) and helped me file my claim and returned to walk the roof with my insurance adjuster. I went with Phoenix because of the fact that I could work with one company for both my roof replacement and solar removal and reattachment. Everyone from the sales person (Rene) to the Office coordinator and manager (Jessica and Cara) were super responsive and easy to work with. Now I have a beautiful new hail resistant roof.
