After State Farm denied hail damage to my roof (even though SF identified hail damage to all soft materials - downspouts, flashing, siding, guttering) , upon recommendation of neighbor I contacted ROOF US for another evaluation to dispute SF denial. Nate assessed the roof and provided SF the necessary documentation for SF to send a different adjustor who accepted ROOF US's assessment of hail damage. Within two weeks ROOF US's crew was out and roof replaced in one day (in winter with limited daylight). The project also included the removal of 2 dormers and new guttering. Cleanup was very thorough and you would never know a major project occurred. There was no damage to the house or inconvenience to us for this project. ROOF US is knowledgeable concerning city guidelines and what necessitates roof replacements with insurance companies, especially SF.
