Two panels of siding were blown off my house, in the recent wind storms. Rafal answered my call immediately and was at my house within the hour (actually 10 minutes sooner than he thought he would arrive). The thing I loved about him is that he is so kind. He put my mind at ease. He made it clear the repair could easily be done, and there was no need to worry. I heard the doorbell ring and before I realized he was back, the job was done! I am so happy I called him. I will always consult him if needed in the future. I will recommend Rafal and Tri State Construction to all I know.

I would like to share my experience with a roof dilemma. Upon searching for a reliable roofing contractor, my local lumber yard had suggested Tri State Roofing. My first meeting with Rafiel was very relaxing. Although the roof was small,an needed additional work to make right,Rafiel an his crew took care of the existing structure and greenery around the house. My husband and I recently had a new roof put on our home by Tri State and truly cannot say enough good things about John, Raf, and the whole team. From start to finish we have been so impressed with the professionalism! First of all, John was incredibly responsive -- if you've tried contacting anyone about fixing anything in/on your home, you know how frustrating it can be to call, leave a message, and then...crickets. Not Tri State! John and Jay came out to scope the project the same day we called them. Practically unheard of! And when it came time to work on the roof the whole crew was thorough, professional, and such hard workers. The new roof looks incredible, they even fixed a couple leaky spots on our detached garage, and did a wonderful cleanup job. We are already planning on reaching out when we need some work done in the future -- and with a 120 year old house, there's never a shortage of work to be done! 10/10, highly recommend.
