James and the whole team at UBL are wonderful. They are professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They came out to troubleshoot leaks in my roof and back wall and they solved the problem after several others could not. While they were there they were also able to solve a few other minor siding and roof ventilation problems. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and they did so for a reasonable price. I am so happy to have found a roofer who actually knows what they are doing.

We had a great experience with UBL. James and his team were prompt, responsive, clear about what they proposed to do. The day of the work they were on time, efficient, and careful. They have a great customer website with very clear outline of the services, billing and photos of the work done. I know we need a new roof soon and we will go with UBL again.
