Philly's Best

We visited Philly's Best in Irvine, and I am embarrassed to say it was my first time ever having a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I had no idea what I was missing out on, and I was shocked at how delicious it was! We tried both the Philly's Best and the BBQ Cheesesteak sandwiches; and both were made-to-order, served hot, and were so incredibly tasty! Try it with provolone cheese, grilled onions, and add the peppers and pickles they give you. It is a very hearty meal, and the fries are also made to perfection!

I come here quite often, and the team is always super friendly and helpful. Today, I was quite busy at work and ordered through UberEats instead of going in. The driver unfortunately forgot part of my order and Uber refused to refund the items, so I called to check if I could pick them up myself instead. Not only were they super helpful and resolved my issue, they threw in an extra drink in for free as a consolation for the inconvenience caused which wasn’t even their fault. Absolutely great service and these guys are always awesome!

I believe that this was their first location and I have been going there almost from the beginning, since the early nineties. As a Philly guy, this is where I get my healthy fix of hoagies! I now travel internationally but Philly's Best was on my list to come back to for the food as well as the nostalgia.
