Puesto Los Olivos family first-generation was started in Mexican Americans, and they have involved in real Mexican cooking since childhood. Eric Adler's traveling has fueled its fascination with how regional cuisine shows the people, art, and history of a city. He generally visits Mexico City on the hunt for everything from innovative flavors to cherished family cultures handed down from generation to generation. It has a semi-private room with an existing wall, and bold art by Craig & Karl seats up to 25 visitors. Their central patio, complete with an iron agave plant fire pit and separate bar, can host a 100-person fiesta, and the whole space can welcome 300 guests for a festive dinner. The restaurant famous Blue corn is one of the most traditional varieties of corn, dating back hundreds of years, and its thought that this type of corn goes back to the pre-Columbian era, and their exclusive use of blue corn tortillas, that origin as natural, non-GMO masa that gets hand-pressed.
