The Grilled Cheese Bistro

More than just grilled cheese!! We had cilantro parmigiana fries, Hangover Grilled Cheese, El Ranchero. The fries where a perfect crisp with high quality cheese, the flavors for the fries like the cilantro and side of chipotle went well together. The grilled cheeses were HUGE and very filling. Great atmosphere a little cozy with the indoor seating but the service was very nice.

Absolutely love this place! I enjoyed myself the Elote Loco grill cheese and my boyfriend got himself the Gooey. The Chimichurri parmasean fries were to die for and everything paired beautiful with a hibiscus tea ? We will be back soon as there is so many other grill cheese sandwiches to try. Everything was super customizable. The only thing I'd add on is that the place is contemporary & small so you'll have to wait for some seats on the inside if you want the cool hipster atmosphere or they also offer sitting outside where there's some shade with tables & chairs.

Never realized how many good and creative ways a simple grilled cheese could be enjoyed. All the staff here contributes in making this place a reason why I'll be coming back and bring friends from out-of-state. Strongly recommend getting the Bourbon St.
