This is a takeout stand in a part of Paterson that has seen better days 40 years ago and I admire the fact that they have stayed there forever. I had the roastbeef torpedo with cheese and gravy. It was excellent and the portion was very generous. If you are in the mood for takeout, this is the place for you. The subs are like none other and the owner is so nice. I order the number 27 and it was delicious. The sandwiches are still amazing.
Was in the area for a tour. Didn't end up moving here, but the spicy beef hot dog was absolutely amazing! Everyone who worked here was really nice and the service was FAST. Definitely stop by if you're in the area.
I just went there today and that pastrami and cheese was so good nice and hot cheese melted right through with a nice cold sprite.
