My friend celebrated her birthday here. The view are so good and the prices of food are surprisingly acceptable and with good taste!!! I really love the drink here.

Skates is a great place. The food is always good, and it has beautiful views of the Bay. The service was also good.

Great food. Our waiter Mark was outstanding on such a busy day like Mother's Day. Views spectacular.

Amazing food. Fantastic service. If you've missed crawfish etouffee from New Orleans, this is your spot. There is a crispness to the cheese in the cheese and grits that I've never had before and savored every moment of it. The fry on the hush puppies is IMPECCABLE and cornmeal on the fried catfish is *chef's kiss*. Spiked strawberry lemonade was perfect on a warmish East Bay day. The hardest part is choosing what to order because everything I or my granny has had has been amazing.

Authentic Cajun food. Some of the best catfish I've eaten. Top notch red beans and rice. Cool atmosphere.

The food was fantastic and so were the friendly staff. I would highly recommend this establishment.
