Red Lobster

This was a wonderful experience. When we got there the restaurant wasn't busy, which was great. The waitress we had was absolutely amazing. She helped make a great suggestion on food. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. She brought out extra alfredo sauce without me having to ask as well as our to-go plates with bags. She checked back frequently and this was some of the best customer service that I have had at any location in a long time.

I went to Red Lobster Irving TX location. I picked up some food to go. Ken expedited the process, Ken was very helpful and professional. Food was great.

A great place to visit at lunch with all the specials that they have. Good menu and well reasoned portions. The biscuits are marvelous. The staff was friendly and went the extra step to make sure everything was good for us. Don't miss out on this experience. Exactly the quality you expext from Red Lobster.
