When Rich initially rang my doorbell, I would only speak to him via my doorbell as I do not open my door to unscheduled callers. He was very polite and we agreed to a return visit the next day. I had been considering changing my security provider for some time as I was not happy with their service for the last 2 years so it was fate that he rang my doorbell. He was very prompt and he explained who he was and why he was with Fluent. We reviewed my current service, what I was looking for, and came up with a new plan at a lower price. He was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions, many of which I imagine most "older" clients don't ask. While he was here, he called Garret to come and install the new equipment I needed and to rest everything. I remember Garret as he had been to my house with my other provider before they were bought out so I was sure I was in good hands. Garret also was very knowledgeable, and we were able to quickly get my new system up and running. I had a couple of questions and he answered them all and did a couple of tweaks to a couple of the cameras to cover better angles. All in all, I am very pleased with the switch and Rich and Garret were wonderful.

Rich Leetham came over and installed our system along with Kylee. And answered all of my questions. Rich even came back later and helped update my panel on the wall. I like the aspect that you can rewind and see longer clips on the camera system. I like the fact that they care about what they do and even after everything is said and done they check in and see how I am doing not just as a customer however as a person. I would recommend this system to anyone if they have ant questions about security.

Jayson Burningham has helped me day one from everything to install to trouble shooting problems (which has rarely ever occurred), but he has dropped everything and come to help me out. His great customer service & attention to detail is something you just don’t find much anymore in companies. Fluent is big enough to do the job and small enough to care. Thanks Jayson!.

Mark Edward Smith has been a pro in directing is remotely when our fire alarm was going off due to a water leakage from the roof. When none can figure out how to turn off the alarm he fixed it by talking to the maintenance person on a phone call and everything is fixed in place and intact within no time. I highly recommend this guy to fix any sort of problem certainly a to go and very reliable employee I would like to have to install security and fire systems for my future home,.
