Fili Tree Experts is an amazing company to work with! The crew were kind, quick, and very thorough. We hired them to help with 3 trees in our backyard. In one morning, they came and helped to thin them out and top 2 of them. They did an amazing job and the trees look so much better! Another thing I want to mention is that Jay came quickly to do a quote when we first called and he was always very responsive. His quote was competitive - it matched another tree company we had called. We ultimately went with Jay because he was quick to respond, quick to get us on his schedule, and I'm glad we picked him. We've definitely saved his information for later landscaping projects we need to do.

We had two aspen trees that had been slowly dying over the last two years. One of the Aspens was about 60 feet tall. The trees bark was peeling and cracking and the tree was looking like it could come down on its own anytime. I called four different tree removal companies. Two didn't answer their phones and sent me to voice mail and never returned my call. The third company sent someone out who came, looked at the trees, said he would get back to us with an estimate, climbed back in his truck and we never heard from them again. The fourth company I called was Provo Tree Experts. Cameron came out, looked at the trees we needed removed, gave me a fair price, explained their process in taking down the trees and clean up and removal of the tree. While there, he noticed some of our other trees that were brushing up against the house and roof and suggested that if we wanted he could also trim the tree branches away from the house. We ended up having Provo Tree Experts, remove the two aspens and then trim and prune others. In all, we kept them busy for two days. The tree's they pruned are looking great and the two sketchy looking aspens are down and gone. Cameron was very personable, fair and took the time to answer questions, review procedures and made sure we understood what they would be doing. They took proper safety measures to make sure his crew was safe and that there was no damage to the property. I highly recommend this company.

I would say it is now impossible for any tree company to beat the standards of Provo Tree Experts. After spending about 6 hours trying to get my fiancés new kitten out of a 60 foot pine tree I was at a loss I didn't know what to do so I call Provo tree experts at 1:30 a.m asking for help, I was totally expecting the answer to be no but to my surprise Cameron said yes and immediately drove out to help. He climbed 2 trees and when the task seemed at loss he never gave up until he got our kitten was down safe and sound. Cameron is a real hero and spent 4 hours climb 2 different trees to safely get our boy down to us. 10/10 best tree company there ever was plain and simple you can't beat selfless acts of heroism.

Cameron was working on a neighbor’s trees and we asked him to come prune our flower plum as well as our white birch. He had to reschedule once (not his fault) but was very communicative about it which we appreciated. Something I find unique about Cameron is you can tell that he is passionate about what he is doing. He’s very knowledgeable and pointed out areas on my trees that were struggling and how to help them. He did an excellent job on both trees and we will be using him in the future to tend our trees.
