Bay Alarm Company

When we moved into our home we had Bay Alarm put an alarm system in. The level of professional customer service was top shelf. Years later we changed our plan and they were awesome again. Years later we elected to discontinue due to some new technology. Here it is even more years later and I needed help with my panel. I called today and got help from a helpful and knowledgeable tech guy. I was impressed in 2010 and I’m still impressed today. Thank you.

The service technician (Ric) sent to my property was extremely helpful, with extremely complicated issue. (Well, to me any ways) He took the time to explain the problem and the resolution and for that I am grateful. I now feel much more safe and secure.

My house is monitored by Bay Alarm. Whenever I set off the alarm accidentally, they contact me immediately. The app works better now too. No complaints.
