Ray, the owner will personally handle your concerns and address it right away. I have had BOSS install my system in 2012 and they have provided excellent service since then. My system still works and whenever I have some minor issues, most of the time Ray is able to fix them remotely. What can I say, fantastic service, very professional, easy to work with, reasonably priced and always available to help. I highly recommend BOSS.
