John was excellent. He was quick and very effcient with his work and installed our camera/security system in a timely manner and was very polite and on time. Sometimes CPI security has a hard time keeping up appointment times but John did great. Very happy with the services provided. Thank you!

CPI technician Dan went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. I had been having issues with my mechanical doorbell chime emitting a humming noise ever since the original CPI doorbell camera was installed. He was the first person among the many I asked that was able to correctly diagnose the issue. MY 20-year old system did not have power to function with today’s advanced technology. Dan suggested and installed a power upgrade to allow the doorbell to function properly, both for the doorbell live streaming and the chime. Thank you Dan, for your excellent customer service! It was a really pleasure.
