Smith Thompson Home Security and Alarm

We recently moved to DFW suburb and called Smith Thompson requesting new service quote. The representative was knowledgeable and helpful and got us scheduled with technician to come out and provide quote. Technician was honest and provided us quote on what the most we could expect for install and let us know job would take max 5 hours. We scheduled install easily and same tech wore mask and completed work in less than 5 hours. He was professional and provided us with contact information if we had any questions. Very smooth experience!

This is the second house I have had Smith Thompson monitor in the Dallas area. Both times the people on the phones were friendly and made the process so quick and easy. The technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough with suggestions to get the best coverage with the least cost. The rates were presented up front, were very reasonable, and there were no hidden costs. Great company to work with!

It was an excellent service. The tech did call 20 minutes before arrival. Showed up in time. Did the work diligently. Left the place clean with no mess behind. Also went over in detail about the upgrades and new features. Very professional. Overall I will recommend Smith Thompson to my circle of influence.
