Ace was the person I spoke with at the Los Angeles County Fair. He was very professional and courteous. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Explained everything very clearly and set up a technician to install the cameras who was also very professional and Explained everything very clearly. Ace calls and checks if everything is good every now and then which surprises me. He didn't just sell me something and forgot about his customer care. I highly recommend it especially ACE MARTINEZ.

They always there to answer my questions and resolve any issues that I have. The monthly bill is easy to understand, and being break down so I can afford it. I really enjoyed talking to Julie, one of the customer service representatives who had gone beyond her duty to help me today.
