Rep was clear that it was a 5 year contract for the equipment which makes a lot of sense to me, other wise they would lose money on every account with nothing in writing to pay it back. Very high end equipment as camera quality goes and easy to use app and over all the security aspect is the best with the onstar speaker on the panel compared to giving you a phone call, and the cameras and security running on cellular vs my wifi which can easily be cut. I’m very happy and I get the most value for my money and don’t ever plan on cancelling because I see security as a long term must with preventing worst case scenarios someone breaks in my house with my wife at home and I’m gone. I know that I have the best and fastest response time to have help on the way.

I had a great experience the gentleman that came out to help his name was Manny. He was amazing. He took his time. He explained everything he showed me everything and I love my system.
