Tyler was our tech and he was great. He explained everything well and asked before he did anything. He gave us options on everything he installed and we were very much a part of the process the entire time. Kolby was our sales rep and he just showed up at the perfect time. He even took his shoes off at the door which was a very sweet gesture. He was very personable and talked to us about the setup he has for his own home for reference.

James our lovely installer is an exceptional representative of Vivant. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly, very patient. He had great recommendations for our new build/property, yet without the pushiness of a sales person. We were very lucky to have had him assigned to us. If we had to do it again, we’d only ask for James, from start to finish. Thanks!

My order was all done over the phone, the salesman was so professional, and helped to answer all my questions. The technicians that came to install were Equally as professional, and everything was done within one day!
