Very pleased with my recent experience with Septic Medic. Andy put me on the schedule right away. The technician Brian called me on his way so I didn't have to wait around. He was knowledgeable, efficient and neat. I learned more than I'd ever want to know about septic tanks thanks to him. I've definitely found a company I'll be using for years to come and would highly recommend them to others.

Spoke with owner Andy today, although he wasn’t able to provide service on new installation of septic system, he was very polite, honest and helpful as he did point me in the right direction to get my problem resolved referring me to another company. Even though he wasn’t making any money he still took the time out of his day to help me. Stand up guy I would recommend using his company in the future.

I’ve seen some less-than-stellar reviews, but our experience with Septic Medic was great. They’re under new management and they did a great job for us. Reasonably priced, efficient, and skilled. Highly recommend.
