Came when they said they would and even worked us in early despite my saying no worries, don't wanna mess with everyone's schedules. They still went above and beyond. Laurie called back when she said she would and talked with people she said she would talk to in regard to scheduling. Robert, our service tech, was obviously experienced and provided a wealth of very very valuable information related to caring for tanks properly when I asked maintenance questions about a near future home we are moving into and has a septic as well and about the current system he was servicing. I called with questions following service as well and was served well then also by Emma who was cheery and on top of it. Laurie in the front office, Emma in the front office, Robert the tech, and the "boss" who worked it out so Robert could come the next day (not sure who that was specifically, I only have "boss" for reference LOL) - Thank you ALL for your prompt and high quality service, sticking to what you say you will do, having positive and truly service driven helpful attitudes, having what seems like fair and competitive prices and just generally operating a high quality dependable business. It feels hard to come by at times anymore. Will definitely be coming your way for service in the future :) You all did a fantastic job in your own individual areas at providing a wonderful experience and appreciated service.

I live in a 5th wheel in Colbert, Wa and the owner took time out of his day to come and empty my tank. I called so many places and was told they couldn’t schedule and I just had to keep calling. TCS helped me immediately!! And Rick was the nicest, kindest person and extremely empathetic. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Excellent customer service.

Rick is the best! I won’t describe my situation as I don’t want anyone else to put him through it, but he was so incredibly helpful. I’d recommend him to anyone.
