ASCENSION ST. JOHN SLEEP DISORDERS CENTER REVIEWS

My sleep study was to determine the need to move to a bipap instead of my cpap. My technician was extremely attentive throughout the night adjusting lead wires, checking room temp when I’d thrown off my blankets, and when she saw on the monitor I would come out of deep sleep when my jaw would drop down. She brought in a chin strap which helped me have some periods of deep sleep before the study ended. I am very glad I had this second study and had a difficult night trying to sleep because it will give my physician much needed information in prescribing the best machine for my sleep apnea needs.

Very courteous and knowledgeable and I have never slept better in my life since going there. Worth every bit.

Very accommodating I feel the staff and doc are into my care.

All of my information and approval regarding insurance had been finished upon my arrival. Abby was very thorough with usage and information about my new machine. She answered all my questions and encouraged me to call if something came up after using at home. I called in with a question and spoke with Abby and she answered my questions. Excellent staff.

It’s a really nice clean fresh office. The staff is awesome!! They take their time on working with you and answer all your questions and actually care about you and make sure you are comfortable with your machine. I had Abby and she was so very kind and understanding with me.

Appointment was quick and easy staff was great showed you 100% start to finish will definitely recommend

Staff was super friendly and helpful. I literally waited less than 5 minutes before I went back to see the doctor after getting my vitals done I only had to wait about 3 minutes before seeing Dr. Newnam. He asked me questions related to my problem and we discussed what the next process would be. I will recommend him to any person having the same or similar problems that I am currently having regarding sleep.

Dr Newman is very knowledgeable and compassionate. You feel you are in good hands when dealing with him, but the best thing about seeing him is that I am finally sleeping much better. His staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

I suffer from social anxiety. But with the team at Dr. Newman I was very comfortable. They listened to me. And he came us with a plan to help me. This is a great place. And nurses are very nice. Was greeted by a smiling face at reception.
