I had my sleep study done at their West Columbia sleep lab at 109 W Hospital Dr. Dannie was my sleep coordinator and she was very friendly and professional. She explained everything she was doing in detail and gave me a chance to ask questions. She was very patient with me and nice. Had my 1st sleep study here recently. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Was also very patient, undergoing this "procedure" while not taxing was however to find underlying issues which made me anxious and concerned. My technician engaged me in conversation and had a great sense of humor. The staff here was top notch.
We had a patient vacationing nearby in a pinch. The manager was amazing and helped him get exactly what he needed to be able to continue his therapy. From one sleep lab a state away, thank you for your excellent customer service.
