Handled everything for me. Kept me in the loop. I already recommended to friends. They made the process a lot easier than doing it myself. They got the job done and the first time. Noone ever hung up on me. Since it was my case, I made sure to know and understand what was going on. I made the effort, not wait for someone to call me. I would email questions and receive quick responses. I don't know what "intake" is at a law office. I do know that Lawyers are very busy and handle more than 1 person at a time. If you want to know what's going on, ask questions. Don't fool yourself into thinking that they only handle you and therefore only you matter. The world doesn't revolve around you. Get more involved, it's your case!! Stop complaining!! Who cares where they are located. My first disability case manager was located in California and they denied me. That was Disability, not a lawyer!! If you wanting to drive back and forth, that's your choice. Roeschke was very friendly. I got the Win with them.
