He served as a law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Alaska and spent seven years at a full-service law firm representing disability insurers in benefits litigation. Hans Huggler also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from McGill University Faculty of Law and a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a co-author of the ERISA chapter in Oregon Bar Books, and his work has been published in the Lewis & Clark Law Review, McGill’s Annals of Air & Space Law, and the SMU Journal of Air Law & Commerce.
