I want to share my experience with Makris Law Firm Houston Disability Lawyer over 2 years. First I want to Thank Victor Makris for putting professionals in place to work my disability claim case and I was approved. I was denied twice than I had a hearing via phone with a administrative Judge so I was able to vividly explained to the judge why I needed disability. The process was truly draining after my brain surgery 2 years ago I really needed help with filling out the forms and I told my case manager Belinda via email. I was never able to get in touch with her doing the 2 years but until the very end and she made herself available plus she contacting more. Mostly I spoke with other staff members about my case they were helpful. I was disappointed that Victor Makris personally did not represent me doing the hearing but a lawyer that works for his firm- I did not know him and spoke to once before my hearing. Again in closing I am happy I was approved for my claim. My quality of life was forever changed and now finally received help. I recommend this Law Firm but overall they need to do better in the waiting process with communication and being more helpful with the client. I had been struggling to get any traction on my prior attempts to get disability. My ex wife recommended Makris and although it took close to 2 years to get my settlement, it was well worth it.
