Made a reservation day of and was able to go in right away. As soon as I got there, the staff tended to me very quickly, and I was able to get to my room right after the tour that they gave. She even offered me water at room, warm, or cold temperature. I was pleasantly surprised with how large the spa was, how clean it was, and how well set up it was. There had been at least 10 rooms after my massage. I was able to go into the steam sauna for about 30 minutes, which is unheard of at most places. There is plenty of parking as it is in a huge plaza. The prices are reasonable. I had the pleasure of getting my massage from Amy and she was wonderful! The owners were extremely kind as well! Definitely will be back. Thank you so much!!

I am pleasantly pleased with the 80 minute deep tissue massage. I won a spa wellness gift card and this was the only place that accepts. I asked the receptionist to give me the best and recommended Sarah. She was so good. I have what is called false sciatica and she worked that area so well. Now I am ready to do my 50 miles bike ride at Cozumel next week with my friends!

Had a wonderful experience today! I had theeee best Swedish massage I've ever had. I've been to many other places which are far more pricey, but hands down the best one was here. I also had a microdermabrasion facial and it didn't disappoint. Prices are wonderful and customer service is great too! Will return!

Hands down, Rachel gives the best massages (and believe me, I've been to many massage practitioner’s). Rachel’s massages stand out because she is a passionate about her craft and caters the massage to meet the needs of your body. She relieved months of accumulated tension, leaving me with tears of relief after the massage (I literally cried). Do your body a favor and book a massage with her ASAP!

I just made an appointment for a massage. It will be the second in the package of three that I purchased more than a year ago. I was impressed that I was still in their system; I no longer had my coupon or a record of correspondence. Toni found me in the records and made an appointment for me. I’m looking forward to my next wonderful massage.

I Love this Spa! Casandra is an amazing massage therapist! After finding her, I won’t get a massage from anyone else! I have also gotten many facials from Rachel, she has helped me improve my skin immensely! I highly recommend Lumen spa! I’m also quite sensitive to energy and I always feel safe and comfortable whenever I visit.

I had a lymphatic facial with Jessica recently, and it was amazing. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing. The massage helped with circulation and reduced puffiness, and my skin looked brighter, smoother and lifted. It's a great way to give your skin a boost without anything harsh or invasive. If you're looking for a facial that's both effective and super relaxing, I highly recommend Jessica and trying this facial.

i have been struggling with rosacea my whole life and tried endless amounts of product for decades. jessica provided the most relaxing and healing gua sha facial for me, and just after one treatment i can see an unbelievable difference in my rosacea. would HIGHLY recommend this treatment for anyone struggling with rosacea.
