Northern Aura Wellness

Just had an incredibly relaxing massage at Northern Aura Wellness. I so appreciated Erin's approach; she has an assessment tool to better understand your body and health, then a short conversation to further check in, and then reminded me that because everyone's body is different I should let her know about the pressure I wanted using a 1 to 10 scale. Her understanding of the body is clearly based on extensive education and experience. I got exactly what I needed and definitely see myself going back again--especially for more therapeutic reasons.

Erin is a truly gifted esthetician and has changed the way I care for my skin. Her product recommendations are always spot on and her facials are tailored to my skin's needs at that moment. Gone are the days of dry wintery skin, thanks to Erin. On top of being extremely professional and talented, Erin creates a relaxing and rejuvenating environment with her warmth, kindness, and compassion. I would give her a 100 star review if I could!

Northern Aura Wellness offers a personalized and incredibly nourishing infrared sauna experience, and Erin has created a a beautiful space for relaxation and rejuvenation!! Highly recommend this little sanctuary in the city!
