We had an awesome experience at Twin Peaks in Beaumont, thanks to our amazing server, Shelby! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Shelby was super friendly, attentive, and knew the menu like the back of her hand—she had great recommendations and made sure our drinks stayed full and our food came out just right. Her upbeat attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our visit extra enjoyable. If you go, definitely ask for Shelby—you won’t be disappointed.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever had! I wanna give my appreciation to Lexi. She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even better. My drink was never empty, my food came out perfect, and she handled everything with a smile. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in great hands.

I had an awesome time for lunch! Daryl was very attentive and quick as we were on a time crunch. The food was great, I had the buffalo salad, definitely recommend. Two different managers came by the table, in the short time we were there, checking in on us and chatting. I will definitely be back when I am not on a time limit.

Visited this location in Beaumont with my family and was seated in Teresa’s section, immediately she gravitated towards our children, I loved that. She mentioned she was new but she was so knowledgeable about the menu and showed us how to use our app to redeem points and offers. She was super sweet and patient. We ordered buy one get one and had no clue you can buy one get one free with the app. We thought it was just 50% off. I loved how she explained it to us so for the future we know. We will definitely be back next Tuesday! Teresa made our experience enjoyable from start to finish.

The wings were so good as usual. Our server, Carolina, was fantastic. Some of the best service we have ever had at this BBW They also have great deals and a huge bar.

I like this place and want to help combat all the Karen's dishing out 1 star ratings. Use.the app and pick up if you dont want higher prices. They always have great deals going on.

Great little spot in Beaumont. Food is good, service is great. Really wish they’d fix the door that separates the back bar from the front bar to where it won’t keep making a loud noise. Other than that, love it!

Large building. Food is good. They have pool tables, two bars, a stage, and an outdoor patio area (one of the bars is out there).

First time. Had the gumbo and wife had the buffalo chicken waffle fries. Food was very good. A lot of food.
