“Baumhowe's Victory Grille, a former All-American player from the University of Alabama and a six-time All-Pro for the Miami Dolphins, decided to share his passion for food with the world by introducing Buffalo-style chicken wings to Alabama. Initially, the concept began as a counter-service restaurant and experienced rapid growth over the next seven years, evolving into a four-unit chain of full-service restaurants ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 square feet. In 1992, the prototype restaurant was launched in Birmingham, AL, boasting an impressive 6,000 square feet with an athletic-themed décor and 17 televisions. As time passed, the restaurant underwent a name change to Baumhower's Victory Grille, reflecting the extensive and diverse menu available at each location. This change allowed them to embrace their comprehensive offerings. As of 2018, the success of Baumhower's Victory Grille has led to ten locations spread throughout Alabama. They also provide Free Wi-Fi and Private Lot Parking facilities for your convenience.”
