I recently moved to San Francisco and was referred to Betts through a friend. Hazel Koch took time to really listen to what I was looking for in my next position and then went straight to work. I had phone interviews set up within a day and a job within a week and a half. She never pressured me to take any interview or job that I wasn't interested in. She was knowledgable about every company we discussed and her prep sessions were priceless. She really went above and beyond and was available anytime I needed her. On top of all that, she's really fun to work with.
