CubeSmart Self Storage Rockford

I was very disappointed that I was not informed when I reserved the cube online that I was required to provide insurance on the unit. This was NEVER STATED ANYWHERE, and the manager even agreed with me that it is not right, as others have had the same experience. In addition, it never stated that I was required to provide a lock for the unit either. I am going to ask for the $12 insurance to be deducted off my next month's rent due to this irresponsibility of the website to leave that little bit of information off the charges. I could have provided my renters insurance if given the notice prior to my check-in.

Heather was one of the nicest people i've ever met!!! She was so sweet and SO incredibly helpful as this was my first time doing business with them. Felt more as if i was talking with a good friend rather than a stranger. Will definitely be keeping my unit with them! Thank you Heather.

Shernette has awesome customer service skills ! I was able to witness the way she went about handling the young lady in front of me ! Very kind , patience, and pleasant to work with.
