U-Stor-It Rockford Self Storage

I have rented storage units from this location for years. I had to close one unit two years ago. I started trying to get my deposit back about 18 months ago. The employee (who thankfully doesn’t work there anymore) told me many MANY MANY times that she would send an email to try & get my deposit sent to me. NO RESULTS!!! Well thank goodness Alison & LuAnn now work there. After maybe 2 phone calls to them, I not only received my deposit back from the last unit I emptied but also from the unit that was closed over two years before! Both of these ladies are such great people to deal with. They care. I highly recommend either location on Main Street. Now that the “ex” employee is gone, there are absolutely no problems. It’s all good!! Give them a call.

So it was my 1st time ever having to go with a storage unit and I'm so glad I chose this facility. They are so kind and was very compassionate about making sure I had the right unit that suited my needs. Everything about the process was great! I feel comfortable and confident that my things will safe with this company.

Customer service was great. Lu Ann was professional and all the paperwork was done in a timely matter. The facility is very clean and nice. Will recommend others to this facility.
