My girlfriend and I recently moved out of two Extra Space Storage units in the Phoenix area, and I must commend the exceptional customer service provided by Chrissy, the district manager. After inquiring about a prorated rate, I initially faced resistance from the on-site manager due to policy constraints. However, Chrissy went above and beyond, taking the time to listen to my situation and explaining the policy nuances. Despite the company not being obligated to provide a prorated refund, Chrissy displayed outstanding empathy and understanding. She not only acknowledged our consistent patronage but also exercised her discretion to grant us a prorated refund for both storages. Chrissy's professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help made a significant impact on our experience with Extra Space Storage. I appreciate the outstanding customer service demonstrated by Chrissy and want to commend her for going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Her actions reflect positively on Extra Space Storage, and I am grateful for her assistance.

Chrissy and Shawn were so helpful! Was in need of a storage unit asap with certain accommodations and both of them answered every question and was able to get me set up same day with a unit. 10/10 would recommend. The facility was very well kept as well.

The manager Stephanie is awesome. She is very helpful and kind. Plenty of carts to use and spacious hallways to get your stuff in and out.
