The entire process was easy enough however Forrest made the experience even easier. He has great customer service and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Was even polite and patient when another customer came in by asking if I mind if he seen what she needed before showing me the unit I came to rent. He made sure to find a dolly and bring it to the door where I’d be unloading my storage items and all. Thanks extra space but more so thank you Forrest for the great service.
