Very nice facility! You can tell they take pride in keeping the place looking nice. Always felt secure, never an issue with gates / code, and carts were always available with a good size elevator to the second floor. Mike Ball provided excellent customer service, keeping the "human" aspect alive when doing business in a world that feels more and more like you're dealing with robots. Thank you.

Today I went to Extra Space Storage in Peoria to rent a space. The office manager, Caitin, was professional and friendly and we finished the entire transaction in a very short time. She showed me the space and helped me navigate the entry/exit procedure. I was very happy with the whole experience. Excellent service.

Both online service and in person, representatives have been extremely helpful and friendly. We were extra storage customers back on the East Coast and have relocated to the southwest, and are again choosing ExtraSpace storage.
