I rolled up about 15 minutes before close, but Scott met me with a big smile and proceeded to take me on a tour, walking me through options and available units with zero pressure whatsoever. He even stayed a few minutes later to make sure everything was taken care of.

My dealings with I-storage and Scott Wooley were under less than ideal circumstances; however, I could not have asked for better service, thecompassionate service was greatly appreciated. The closing out of the unit was made very easy for us. Scott was very helpful in helping us find alternatives for the contents.
