Public Storage Overland Park

I have had a unit at this location for almost a year, being my first time needing a storage unit ever. From my first interaction with Richard to now, I have been absolutely amazed. His customer service is truly wonderful and so very appreciated. He has always been kind, respectful, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I have needed assistance with various things and he went above and beyond on all of them to make sure I was taken care of. This is the type of employee that any business would greatly benefit from having. Thank you Richard, for not only being an awesome employee, but for being an AMAZING person.

Have rented a space here for over two years. Yesterday I needed to upgrade to a larger unit last minute. Denell helped me out! I went into the office and she set me up right away! Very helpful, happy to keep renting here.
