Firstly, Mrs. Dana represented The Public Storage Brand with Professionalism and Pride. Today, Customer Service has been obliterated from the Menu of Most Companies, it was great to see Customer Service still being practiced at this Establishment. However, Ms. Dana ensured that the Customer still has value. She went above the call of duty to assist with our transition from one storage unit to another on the other side of the Facility.
