3 Best Sushi in Charlotte, NC

Listen I’m not one to leave reviews. It takes me having the most AMAZING experience to leave one. Alex and Ricardo really make this place unforgettable, the customer service atmosphere is on a whole other level because of these two. The sushi rolls they recommend and then prepare are nothing shy of EXTRAORDINARY. They put passion into it and you can taste it!! I’m not sure if I would have come back if it wasn’t for these two. This is the place to be if you’re looking for GREAT sushi and a good time in CLT!

Ru San‘s offers some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I only wish I had tried more from their menu because everything looked incredible. If you’re a sushi lover, this place is a must-visit—you won’t be disappointed!

I had a great time here. The waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered the California roll and the scorpion roll. Definitely enjoyed. Also ordered the shrimp fried rice and that was pretty good too. Almost buttery and full of veggies.

Never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious and fresh. This time, we had the AYCE menu, which has lots of options but, I just want to rave about the calamari because Pisces calamari is the reason I eat calamari now; it's just so perfectly fried, crunchy yet still tender and certainly not chewy. Our server was great. We didn't realize they close at 3 between lunch and dinner service but, we didn't feel rushed and they let us finish our meal, we'll we ended up boxing up the leftovers but .50 cent per piece isn't a bad deal considering the price of full priced rolls.

I cannot rave about this place enough! We came for my husbands birthday and they surpassed all expectations! The menu had wonderful selection and the food was incredible and fresh. Their Sake selection was sublime and our waitress was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.I had put in a special request for his birthday and they delivered perfectly. Be aware you have to park in a parking garage and then walk a short distance to the restaurant. If you're contemplating it, this is your sign to go!

Haley with Offline - Pisces Sushi was great! We are sushi lovers, always excited to try new sushi in the area. we had the Tuna Tataki (great and spicy!) and 2 rolls. The Hurricane and The Sushi Sandwich but turned it into a roll. The Sushi sandwich as a roll was sweet and delicious!! Also, huge shoutout to our waitress that helped us with our selection and did an amazing job! I believe her name was Catherine!
