I spent 8 months in profoundly stressful interactions with the IRS, and had made absolutely no progress in resolving my tax issue. My first interaction with Eric was what finally initiated the road to resolution of my IRS tax problem. He has been professional, compassionate, and demonstrated significant knowledge of IRS protocols in his time assisting me. Once Eric fully understood my tax issue, he referred me to an appropriate resource that was able to further assist me. I finally feel, for the first time in 8 months, this never-ending nightmare may come to an end before Christmas, and that will be the best Christmas gift ever.

The IRS was coming after my wife and myself after a virus attacked my heart and I could no longer work. We owed about 20k and lawyer Johnson and the team at Guardian TaxLaw had it reduced to what the refund for the next year would be. About 2k and continuing to not failing to pay any new owed tax. They were a God send and relieved all the stress that was destroying our peace.

Thanks to their services my wife was finally able to find a solution with NYS taxes. I can't find the words to express my gratitude for the fantastic work done by these professionals. A particular thank you goes to Mr Johnson and Ms Kelliher who followed our case and were always available.

I met with Eric for help dealing with an unreasonable IRS issue. He genuinely cared about my issue while providing logical and straight forward advice. His experience was amazing and humble attitude helped me feel that my issue was important. Seeking out Eric was an awesome choice!!!!! Follow up 4weeks later: With Eric's advice, I was able to reach a settlement with the IRS that was fair on both sides without heading to Court. Eric is the best.

Eric and his team did a wonderful job of working through a fairly rough tax situation for the business. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism and ability to serve as an effective intermediary between us and the agency. I highly recommend Eric Button's firm for occasions where a tax attorney is needed.
